Addison, Kennedy, and I made the trek to Elgin, OR to my dad's farm for their annual corn feed. We left after I got off work on Friday and returned home on Sunday. It was my first trip with just me and the girls and all in all it went okay, although we sure did miss Brian. I had to make a few stops to feed Kennedy and to use the rest room, and other times I wished that I could stop to use the rest room but couldn't because the girls were asleep and well you can't just leave your kids in the car....although I am sure some people do!!! The girls had a nice time with the grandparents, and other family. Addison had a fun time playing in the pumpkin patch, picking strawberries, eating peaches, and helping Papa Phil feed the cows, she even got to see her cow Mabel and her new calf. We all had a nice time and Addison played hard and fell asleep before we even made it from my dad's farm to Elgin, which is only a few miles from town.
